We bake high hydration, slow fermentation sourdough bread using flour from our local mills. We mix everything by hand and make everything with love in small batches in our two Rofco b40 ovens. Our microbakery is open every Saturday for fresh loaves, good coffee, ceramics, cider, natural wines, and sweet baked goods. A few times a month we do extra bakes on weekdays. Above the bakery we run a guesthouse with two cute rooms. Each space has its own living room, bedroom, bathroom, and overlooks the canal. Breakfast with homemade sourdough bread, wholesome vegetarian dinners, and bikes are all available on request. We're 10 minutes away from Rotterdam and 25 minutes away from The Hague.
